These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Teachers Down Under website and any services provided by us.

1. Services

Teachers Downunder provides consultation packages focused on guiding UK-qualified teachers in planning their relocation to Australia. Services include general advice, document reviews, and personal coaching.

We do not offer job placement or immigration services.

2. Payments & Booking

Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed in GBP and may change at our discretion. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

If we must cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered a new appointment or full refund.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We provide general guidance only and cannot guarantee any outcomes related to visas, registration, or employment. All final decisions rest with the relevant authorities (e.g., Australian immigration, state teacher registration bodies).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teachers Downunder is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of our services or reliance on the information provided.
